Fhadimac is a totally private Haitian foundation. It is financed essentially by the subscriptions of the members.
We have:

- The active members (80)
- The adherent members (3000)
- The affiliated members
Fhadimac is managed by a council of 9 members elected for 2 years. The council is composed of
